Our Story

Our story begins with our founder, now a physician, who once woke up while traveling with sudden hearing loss — only to learn it was simply caused by earwax.

Though medical training, he later learned that impacted earwax is a common but overlooked issue that can lead to discomfort, hearing impairment, imbalance, and social isolation yet access to safe and effective ear cleaning is often inconsistent or unavailable.

Remembering the profound relief he felt and knowing its importance, he began routinely checking for earwax in his patients — often finding severe blockages completely obscuring the ear canal. Upon questioning, a common story was either complete unawareness or an inability to obtain irrigation due to service availability, physician access, and transport and mobility issues.
